Thompson & Odell “Artist” 5-string banjo Circa 1897, S/N 3782

Thompson & Odell manufactured banjos both under their own name and under the "Luscomb" brand.  While most T&O banjos are basic instruments, this higher grade banjo has the lovely engraved inlays more associated with Luscomb or Fairbanks banjos of the same period.
