Paramount Style B tenor banjo S/N 2031, Circa 1924
Lange first offered a Paramount Style B banjo in this style, with the blonde maple finish and fancy inlays on the fingerboard. Later he changed this model to one with a darker finish and simpler inlays. Parmount banjos were among the most popular during the jazz era, competing head-to-head with Bacon, Epiphone, Vega, and Weymann models.
