Orpheum #3, 5 string banjo, S/N 9079, Circa 1915
This is one beautiful banjo, in my opinion.
Made mostly of mahogany, it has a deep maroon hue that is set off with multiple
color laminations and fancy pearl inlays everywhere. It also has a
beautifully carved heel and, with the Orpheum raised tone ring system, plays and
sounds just great.
