Unmarked (probably Lyon & Healy mandolin, Circa 1922
This beautiful mandolin is the lightest I have ever seen - a real featherweight - and it
plays and sounds just terrific. It looks to have been made by a violin maker from the Lyon & Healy shop in the 1920's, but we can't be sure. It is not a model shown in any of the LH catalogs from the period. A mandolin with a similar peghead surfaced on Ebay that was made by William. F. Burslap of Chicago.
